Welcome to New London Christ Fellowship!

New London Christ Fellowship is a great place to be if you are looking to get to know the God you believe in better. We preach from scripture and emphasize life style Christianity. We are not flashy or overly concerned with what the building looks like or other superficial things. We want to know God and figure out how to best love one another as Christ Commanded. We open with testimony and impactful scripture that our brothers and sisters bring for edification of the church. We worship God through song and prayer. We preach after worship and then have fellowship. It’s a great place to learn to love and be loved. If you feel like you don’t really fit anywhere, you will likely feel like you fit with us. Learning to forgive as you have been forgiven and to love as you have been loved. God is good.

From our Pastor.

Hello I am Pastor James M. Roberts. I include my middle initial because it is how God called me. For the majority of my life I had a cursory knowledge of God and the Salvation offered in the form of Jesus Christ. This however had little effect on my actions. I pretty much was steeped in making choices that were slowly destroying me. One of these things was a gambling addiction. The Lord delivered me from that Gambling and called me into ministry. I was trained at Liberty University receiving a degree in biblical science and theology. I did almost every ministry in the church. Bible teaching to adults, kids church and running youth groups of all different ages. I managed hospitality including ushers. I served on the board and was an unpaid Pastor in the church after I finished my church and school requirements. I was called to New London to serve the city. The goal is 7,500 saved. I don’t care whose church they are in as long as they are following the Jesus in scripture. Jesus paid a price for us to be delivered from our sin not to live a life of it. He showed me His Love so I could love you. May God bless you and soon make us friends.
